It's not very often an owner will bring both of their dogs to training but this was the case with Tyra. She brought Elijah and Demi,both puppies, to classes together. Elijah was absent for graduation due to illness but we were able to video the HUGE transformation in Demi which Tyra discusses below. At home Elijah would bully Demi. Demi would hide under anything she could so Elijah wouldn't find her. Walk on a leash --- are you serious? No way! Demi was terrified! Precious girl was almost scared of her own shadow! Tyra worked with Demi, she asked questions, listened to instruction and most important FOLLOWED THROUGH and wait until you hear about Demi's transformation below! The pictures also show a changed dog! At the first few classes Demi was either hiding behing Tyra or on her back legs begging for Tyra to pick her up. Look now at what a calm, well adjusted mature little girl she has become! WAY TO GO TYRA!!!! Note: Elijah also graduated and had great success in class! Elijah was stubborn but he learned quickly he wasn't the boss after all.

The picture on the right is amazing for those of us that were in class and for Tyra! Demi HATED the leash when she came to class. She wouldn't walk with it on, she constantly hid behind Tyra or wanted Tyra to pick her up. With guidance, patience, gentleness and love Tyra showed Demi she was safe with her, she had no need to fear the world. Demi's relaxed state says it all!! Way to go Tyra! You gave Demi the greatest gift........the gift to be herself!
